Outback Steakhouse - Royal Palm Beach

Our waitress Tammy was an excellent waitress. She's very personable, professional and checked us multiple times. Shenique I believe a manager or assistant manager. She reseated us because the first table was a bit cool (under a vent). The food was delicious and hot. What a wonderful experience. I recommend this location for people that want top notch service and food.

Went to this outback on the way home from camping up North! Kira was an amazing server got everything right and very attentive to our needs. Food was amazing. Will definitely come back and recommend this outback!

I ordered a pecan blue cheese salad and French onion soup for delivery through Uber Eats. I am currently in the hospital and was really looking forward to this soup and salad, as I have not been enjoying the hospital food. Unfortunately, the soup spilled out all over the bag and made a mess when I tried to take it out. The soup bowl was only half full and not even warm. The salad was also disappointing, with very few blue cheese crumbles and pecans. I am extremely disappointed with the portion sizes and the lack of care in wrapping the soup, which caused it to spill. I also did not receive any utensils or napkins, despite requesting them. Overall, it was a total waste of $17. The restaurant needs to do better.

Went for a friend's birthday dinner. Friendly staff. Ishmael did a great job taking care of us all. Everything came out as ordered. We were satisfied customers.

My husband and I went in last night to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary! Our server's name was Summer and she was the BEST! Very friendly, professional, and brought out everything on time and delicious! She introduced us to the General Manager and they even comped our dessert, which was not necessary. Food was really good! Steaks were cooked perfect! We are so glad we chose this place for our anniversary.
