Del Taco - Roy

Worst visit ever tonight! Cold fries (typically the fries here are always hot fresh) and I thought I'd try the crunchtada...not sure what I got and it had absolutely no flavor at all!!

I love Del Taco, but this location is sketchy. It's consistently a 20-30 minute wait in the drive through and there's a curb so once you're in line you're trapped. I wouldn't leave a review, but I also found this slimy thing in my milk shake. Washed it off to get a better look and pretty sure it's raw chicken

Very dirty lobby workers came out looked at the lobby and walked away from it very lazy workers standing around when they could be cleaning the lobby a few dead flies around too even the bathroom was disgusting and dirty

In one word: pathetic. I felt rushed in the drive thru even when there was no one behind us when I just wanted to figure out my order and especially the prices because I was on a budget. What a mistake to get a large meal when the fries (the only thing that was good because it was fresh, but even then it was oversalted) was bigger than my two fish tacos COMBINED and my drink was watered down. Not work $12 at all.

Worst Del Taco ever. Always incredibly slow even though they get plenty of business to keep more than a skeleton crew. This last visit was the worst of all time, waited 30 minutes in the drive-through line then when I got to the window my food was sitting right there yet I waited 15 minutes and they didn't even come to the window while they were taking orders and messing with the ice cream machine. Left without my food, absolutely ridiculous even for those poor underpaid employees.
