Whataburger - Rowlett

Front person on the counter was extremely knowledgeable and useful. I think her name was Christine. Service was fast from her and she was very knowledgeable of her food service. Whataburger finally found a good employee!!!!

The Whataburger #1012 at Hwy 66 and Dalrock is the worst Whataburger I have ever been to. This is the SECOND time I tried to order from here and ended up having to leave after waiting over 30 minutes to get my order, which never came, and another 15 orso minutes for my refund. There will not be a third try. Two people walked in, went to the counter and ordered AFTER me andgot there order before mine. I simply ordered a plain Whataburger with cheese and ketchup, that?s all. Pretty simple. But thedisorganization and employees concern over not getting a break yet appear to make even a simple order take over 30 minutes. Last time it was using drive thru that we ended up leaving from. At least that time we hadn?t already paid. The line justnever moved. Give this place a miss.

Big prices for a cheap service. Paid $10 for a single patty burger and mostly ice drink. Considering they use cheap ingredients and loads of MSG to compensate for quality.. you think this location could afford to pay for better staffing. After placingorder, waited 35 minutes and they forgot my fries, wasn?t going to wait any longer for them. I should have gone with my gut andwent to In&Out and supported a company that uses quality ingredients and pays staffing better.

Usually ok?. i tend to do mobile orders a lot when im coming home from work late. the lines are typically extremely long and sometimes i have to wait upwards of half an hour to get my food. they also dont usually put extra of anything?. i ask for extrapotato and cheese on my taquitos and seldom get it. the workers are usually kind though. i can only imagine the weirdos they getthere so late at night.

Coffee is so watered down, Ck to see if you have creamer or sweetener before driving off unless you like your coffee blk. Same with condiments for pancakes. Fast food and my pancakes tasted rushed mushy. I have given them numerous times to get ittogether. Hire more staff at least during peak hours. Hash browns are always hot and tasty.
