Jack In The Box - Rowlett

Food was perfect but drive thru is always a little slow…no biggie.

Very unprofessional, I asked for a lettuce wrapped burger the guy at the register said ok I will put the lettuce on the side I replied that I would like my burger lettuce wrapped. The guy then replied we don't do that here! So I said I've been to other Jack In The Box Locations and they always do it. The guy then said other places might do it but, (We Don't Do That Here!!!

845pm on a Saturday- All the lights are off. No one answers the phone. I don't see anyone inside. Hours online need to be updated. More often than not, i find them closed way earlier than posted hours and they cone off the drive thru. Is this location closing for good?? I went to the Rockwall location instead and they were still open and busy.

I ordered online to make it easier because we had a larger order. They didn 't give me all my food and the guy in the drive thru was rude. The lobby was closed due to being shortstaffed .
