Chiloso Mexican Bistro - Rowlett

This location only… Had not been to Chiloso’s since before pandemic. First train wreck was the menu change. This place was a staple for simplicity now the menu reads like an instruction manual the worst being no original three taco pack. The Junior employee not very helpful or understanding over the perplexity in my adjusting to a plethora of offerings. After the employees second eye roll, I was done. Thankfully the manager was a bit more pleasing.

One of the poorer Chilosos I've been to. They consistently mess up online orders, employees are generally unhappy to serve you, and the manager is extremely uncaring about your satisfaction as a customer.Love the food, but I find myself avoiding this particular location. Not a pleasant experience usually.

IM TIRED OF PAYING 15 Dollars for a burrito and the employees looking at me stupid and giving bad service. I am the customer, they decided to work this miserable job. So they need to accept the job and smile. Or chiloso rowlett will continue to loose its regular customers. 15 for a burrito. Get ur employees to act right

Best fish tacos and queso. We ate there a few weeks ago for the first time. It was absolutely wonderful. The restaurant super clean management is wonderful. Definitely go back.

This is the quality you get for a $20 breakfast. Not even any egg on any of the tacos. The wait was long as well and it wasn’t even busy in there
