Tota Pizza

First and last time I order here. I call at 6 p.m. to check that the restaurant ticket card is accepted, I am told that yes, and that my order will be delivered within 45 minutes. 1 hour later, the delivery man arrives with a cold taco and a barely warm pizza. In addition, the TPE does not accept the restaurant ticket card. I do not recommend this establishment. Service: Delivery

Never seen ! We ordered 2 tacos which were upside down in the boxes! So I ate the wrong tacos which had meat even though I don’t eat meat!! I can't even imagine what would have happened if it was a question of allergies!! I call to complain and they dare to tell me that I am lying that the chef was not mistaken and that they will call me back to keep me informed. Obviously no more responses afterwards and I even suspect them of having blocked my number because it was impossible to contact them again. So we went there and were treated to a “couldn’t you see there was meat in it? » from the boss. I thought it was a joke. How can I see the inside of a taco without eating it? Do you eat tacos with a fork? After more than an hour of negotiation he finally agreed to make me the tacos again which was cold as a result. Obviously it's not the delivery person's fault (we understand that) but we should review the way we talk to customers. Otherwise the tacos are good and plentiful if you are lucky enough to have a correct order the first time
