Contribuiți la feedbackBreakfast at Ruby hotel was amazing! Library and reception are great places to work and have a drink late at night. The staff is attentive and friendly. We loved our stay because everything we wanted to visit was very close to the hotel. Thank you to the staff Jack, Mia, Mon, Noel, Pol. <3Food drinks: I really enjoyed the cocktails and coffee
Hidden gem in Round Rock with a retro vibe that rivals any Austin classic. Beautiful setting on Brushy Creek with craft cocktails in an intimate upscale lounge. We go on Friday night when there's live music! Service is attentive.Noteworthy details: Cozy Intimate with nice decor in a great setting!
ROOMS we stayed in Building B201: not the best view of the creek but the most comfortable bedding I've ever slept in! Some reviews say bad things about the beds, so maybe they hadn't been upgraded? I didn't want to get out of it!Enjoyed the Nespresso machine with stocked coffee pods! The divider btw balconies doesn't allow privacy; plus it is odd if you don't know your neighbors or if they smoke... Like ours did. So we're waited for them to go indoors.SERVICE the bartender was lovely and went out of his way for me while I was at the pool.LOCATION quiet and serene with lovely nature trees and birds, plus the little creek in back. The outdoor pool was GLORIOUS!We didn't eat at the restaurant on site, but it looked hip and happening.Safety: I felt extremely safe here.
First time visit and definitely will return. Was a great evening at the Ruby Bar. Very good food and drinks. Jeff was very helpful in helping us choose our dinner menu and drinks. Live music, which was very very good. Definitely will return and encourage all to visit.
I would like to first say that the staff were friendly and kind, and the place is so lovely. But unfortunately, we requested that our group's 3 rooms be together, which they said they could do, but they were all separate upon arrival. When I asked that this be corrected, I was told they couldn't fix it. Additionally, we wanted to book the meeting room but the food/beverage minimum we were given was over $1000 and out of budget for our small group, so we made alternative dinner plans. After arriving, we saw a sign at the bar that the food/bev minimum was waived for July/August, but this wasn't offered to us. Finally, we were told by the front desk that we weren't allowed to take drinks from the bar to the pool. After using the pool, I saw in writing that this was in fact allowed. There was just a lot of incorrect info given that we based decisions on. All of this was disappointing as we were in round rock for a milestone birthday celebration. When I contacted Ruby Hotel about all these mistakes, they didn't respond.
