Taco Bell - Round Lake Beach

If you are looking to have the new Chicken Cantina don’t bother getting it in Round Lake Beach, IL. There was barely any meat. I could have gone to the store myself and bought cheese and a tortilla.

I was trying to call about an online application i called several times they did not answer and the website said they were not busy and my finally time i called about the 7th time they answered and immediately hung up

The service is great. Never had any issues going through the drive thru and the employees are always very courteous and respectful.

Didn’t enjoy the attitude from the lady working register. When I asked for a food item to be corrected because I asked for no shredded cheese, opened the tacos and there’s the cheese. She’s arguing with me that’s not shredded cheese. Anybody with eyes can tell it’s shredded cheese. Manager came and made them remake it which I’m thankful for, but I don’t appreciate when employees just act however they want if a manager isn’t over their shoulder and it shouldn’t be NECESSARY.

Over all it is what you would expect from a fastfood restaurant.
