Waited 25 minutes for my order. NOT acceptable! Service: Take out Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First of all they take so long about 30 minutes in line if not more. Even if you place a mobile order they still won’t have it ready and make you wait at the window. Plus Gina is extremely rude and gets bothered for any thing you ask for like a straw she needs to retire. Also explains why she yells at the speaker. There’s no sense of urgency they take their time maybe they need more employees in the afternoon. 30 minutes for 1 coffee is insane. Service: Take out

15 mins in line to get to the speaker, another 15 to get to the window and another 5 mins for them to finish making the 2 drinks. What a freaking joke. Just go to the one in meijer across the street, much faster and efficient.
