This is literally McDonald's 2.0! You get what you paid for. Wrong order, long waits, no enthusiasm from staff either and they have something on the menu not available when ordering ? ? ? ? ?. My wife's order is wrong all the time here and we say the order nice and slow to understand each verbiage. I tried calling one time to report a redo or show to replace there is no voice-mail or anyone who picks up. I see reviews stating they send communication letters to corporate. People of Round Lake sorry but I guess they don't even bother looking at any of these reviews nor complaints.
