Excellent restaurant, friendly service and very vegan friendly. The menu is in three parts for each course: fish, meat and vegan with a good selection in each category. I started with a chickpea croquette with a very summery salad, followed by Bakkeljauw, salt meadow, on a potato tar. Delicious.

Another menu format from last year, but fantastic food and attentive service.

Ordered Asparges appetizer and grilled salmon for main dish. This was amazingly good to have in top five of the restaurants I visited, and both dishes were delicious and perfect. The beers were also very nice. The blonde servant was polite and helped with the beers to go with the food. No cheap place, but absolutely worth the money.

Cozy place inside a water tower, with a few tables inside and a nice terrace during the Summer. Fantastic service, nice ambiance, good location. I had the octopus, butterfish and the kanefe. I enjoyed all of them. However my partner went for the veal cheeks and the vega cheese tower. He thought the vega option was ok-ish. The vega dish needed a better taste balance, and some elements were not the same as described in the menu. Overall, a great evening and surely we will go back to this place in the future.
