Mcdonald's Rawtenstall - Rossendale

Wow, all I can say is "wow!" I ordered a bacon roll and requested some butter for it, but they refused. When I asked why, the girl said it was up to the manager's discretion. To make matters worse, when we received our order, the items were thrown into the bag and the hash browns were ripped up. This kind of childish and immature behavior is totally unacceptable.

I ordered a Big Mac and fries to go from a restaurant called Nuestra Familia. When I got to my car, I realized that the food was cold and unappetizing. I called the restaurant and they told me to come back for a replacement. However, when I arrived, the young female manager refused to replace or refund my order. I tried contacting the head office for a refund, but they also refused. As a result, I have filed a claim at Burnley County Court for £1.99. It's worth noting that the name of the restaurant, Nuestra Familia, means "our family" in Spanish, but it is also the name of a prison gang in Northern California for Chicano Mexican Americans.

The food at this restaurant was excellent, a perfect 10/10. However, I had a strange experience at the drive-thru where the woman gave me 19 nuggets instead of the 20 I ordered. It seemed like she might have eaten one herself. Perhaps she should be re-evaluated for her job performance.

Every time I go here, the food is always cold and never fresh. I have been to other McDonalds and they have always been fresh and the foo piping hot. This needs addressing as this is simply unacceptable. I have complained so many times and nothing has ever been done about it.

We came here this evening and weren’t allowed in because of no masks fair enough, we didn’t have our masks they didn’t have to let us in! But as we were leaving, someone who knew the managers name and the manager also knew by name was allowed in WITHOUT A MASK!!!! Not in uniform and went to the desk to order food which is what we weren’t allowed to do. Absolutely fair to not let us in without masks, but to have a different rule for the manager’s friends? Well that’s not ok.
