A lovely characterful traditional pub. Friendly staff and an excellent pint (and awesome Guinness according to the husband) Would highly recommend, and looking forward to returning.
A very traditional style of pub, offering bar snacks only. But we'll worth popping in for a drink. With a choice of 3 indoor seating areas a beer garden next to the river/waterfall; but mind the steps! See how many ducks you can count too. Worth stepping into after visiting the museum or mill shops near by. Or passing through the village.
A great pub, soggy dogs and muddy boots are welcome. Good beer selection. Traditional, worth seeking out
