For a family dinner we sat marios, the service was fast, but we had problems with eating. the garlic bread pizza for our appetizers were not cooked, raw! we told the staff, they took them away and put them in the many. they did not come back boiled. we all had pasta except 1 of us, the pizza that was uncooked again. we told the employees who took him away. when we got the bill, we were charged for the pizza that was taken away. we said we sent him back because he wasn't even cooked properly. the rude waiter said when the pizza started, he could not reimburse them. we asked how we should know whether it was cooked or not without trying? he replied that it is the restaurant policy not to reimburse when eating had been tried! we wanted to see the maintainer/manager he was very reserved to tell us we had to pay. after we insisted that we could actually talk to a superior who took the pizza and garlic bread out of the bill. pretty bad experience that was worsened by the craggy attitude of the waiter.

Another excellent meal in mario’s. beautiful eating coupled with excellent service. what else to say. a Jewel in the opposite for years here and always very good.

Came into an ice cold restaurant. the waiting personal was terrible. we had drinks while we waited for a 4th party. the cutlery was not clean. it actually has food debris on it. this was taken away on request and then not replaced either....always shimmer in the cold.our friend came and we ordered eating . it took at least 45 minutes..then mario came out. Greetings is like ladies and BOY. to my son in law .and told my friend that was eating late because she had kept her waiting. we all ordered when she arrived..just shameful disregard to make a gast responsible for the late arrival of the food. the service was abysmal .i got the leak and it was on the table left .waitress immediately went away. I had to call the waiter to actually pay it. I think we were right to go out and not pay. never again...shoddy and demal. a very forgetful evening for a lot of money and not worth penny.

First time in this restaurant Beautiful food and such pleasant staff ,Kyle and millie were amazing,very helpful and friendly, even the chef came out to say hello ,would definitely go again and recommend this place,only one draw back ,from the outside there is nothing that...attracts me to go in,I went in on my sons recommendation, I think baskets of flowers ,good lighting outside would bring in customers ,just an observation fro.m me,beautiful inside lovely decor
