Welcome to the worst Burger King in Wales. Self service machines were broken, staff were unhelpful and surly. One larger lady was shouting at a younger member of staff. Restaurant was dirty and management never appeared. After a reasonable amount of time I left to Starbucks next door which was a million times better. Avoid unless you want the comedy Faulty Towers style service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Popped here at the beginning of the week (Monday evening) spent £16 on a meal wish I hadn't bothered. Loaded fries £5 tasted good and the fries were hot but was just half a box of fries with topping on. Milkshake the syrup must have run out as the strawberry shake was white and didn't have much flavour. The xl bacon double cheeseburger was cold. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
