It took way to long to be the only customer ordering a simple sandwich

The food is fantastic, but they rarely answer the phone. They seem to be closed often, or maybe they're on holiday—I’m not sure. Honestly, about 7 out of 10 times I attempt to call and place an order, it ends in frustration.
