I had the opportunity to dine in for lunch, and overall, it was a solid experience. The price per person ranged from $20 to $30, which I found reasonable for what was offered. As for the food, I would rate it a 4 out of 5. The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing a nice variety on the menu. The service also earned a score of 4. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our meal. However, the atmosphere was a bit lacking, which is why I rated it a 3. While it wasn't unpleasant, it could benefit from a bit more ambiance to enhance the overall dining experience. In summary, it was a satisfying lunch with great food and service, but the atmosphere could use some improvement.

I ordered takeout, so I didn't dine in. The order was ready in a reasonable time. I appreciated that the menu included pictures and clear descriptions of the dishes, and several staff members spoke English. The food reminded me of the Cantonese dishes I had as a child, prepared by my older relatives—a style my elderly father and his wife used to enjoy. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were comparable to other similar restaurants. Service: Takeout.

Great location on Garvey Avenue. Always popular. They got our order wrong and it was take away so we couldn't get it corrected. But the restaurant is a solid, reliable choice in the west SGV. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Delightful!!! The soup was low in fat, and our dishes were abundant, clean, and full of flavor. The service was as expected or even better. We were truly surprised! It's been a few years since our last visit here. The ambiance is much nicer compared to another place we considered for lunch today. At Tin Tin, their lunch specials are available until 6 PM, which is fantastic. They offer specials every day of the week. This deserves a rare 5-star rating, especially since we were tired and hungry after our morning at Disneyland, which was also a great experience!
