Contribuiți la feedbackI enjoy the food here. It is intensely cultural, but tasty. In love with (intact) crispy salted shrimps, the bowls and all are eaten. I'm enjoying all the eggs in the bastards. Comes with rice or noodles - and just a warning - the green tea is sweeter free.
Nuoc Mia Vie Dong is the place to go for Nuoc mía sugar cane juice) in the San Gabriel Valley. This food court in the Square Supermarket shopping center is operated by Vietnamese Chinese, who speak Vietnamese, Cantonese and English. Although the store serves Vietnamese clamps such as pho, bún riêu and com tam, they are prepared fast food versions compared to the in sitting Vietnamese restaurants. The phobrium contained MSG, the bún riêu lacked crab meat/tofu and the tomatoes are too soggy, and since 2011 the com tam no longer contains a piece of cha trung hap hydrated Vietnamese egg. The real reason to stop from Nuoc Mia Vien Dong is for her speciality, the nuoc mía. Sugar canes are freshly pressed on site and the extracted juice is mixed with cumquat to compensate for the sweetness. The Kumquat gives the juice a delicate taste. There are three sizes for the Nuoc-Mia and an option to add ice or not. I usually order the small size with ice ~10oz). This takes only about 10 to 15 sips, as the cup is half full of ice, but it is a refreshing drink for summer afternoons and is a healthier alternative to milk tea/visit coffee also available in the same Plaza.
Every day except Monday... Very good.
