The Coffee Emporium - ROSELANDS

I really want to have a coffee on this place, but when i went there the lady serve me very badly, she just hardly kept on table and its cold and no sugar, she don’t even ask me about sugar.I waste my money, time and spoil my mood

Everyone is smoking. Looks like a shisha house. Not good for family environments unless you like some lung cancer with your coffee.

Rude customer service. Make you feel you're getting stuff for free.Also not worth sitting there if you dont smoke unless you enjoy heavy second hand smoking.

We were a group of 6 parents and 4 babies occupying 2 tables at this venue. One of the couples left, 2 of the mothers decided to take the babies for a walk as they were getting restless.2 minutes later a staff member without asking us, separates our tables and rudely grabs all our our personal belongings, (toys, bags etc) and threw them on 1 table. Dumbfounded, we asked what was going on, she said that you're less than 5 people and you don't need 2 tables.There were at least 3 other empty tables available.They made us feel as if we were worthless to them.Won't be spending my money there again.
