I would have loved to give them 5 stars, but I am a bit disappointed in the customer service. The girls at the front have no customer service skills, but I looked past that because I love the food. But today, I am just irritated! I called in my order, first of all they left me on hold for over 6 minutes, then I was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes. When I get there, my order still wasn't ready until 15 minutes after I arrived, they didn't even say, sorry for the wait...nothing, then I asked for extra honey garlic and they charged me 50 cent!!! I had to wait 15 extra minutes and you have the nerve to charge me 50 cent for extra sauce!!! I would have had no problem with this if my food was ready when I got there, especially when I'm on my lunch break! So I had approximately 10 minutes to eat my lunch. Ya'll gotta do better!!!!

I come here all the time. The employees are usually very nice an friendly. My visit today was a bit different as i had Alexis to take my order she was a bit rude. She had an attitude with me for no reason being that i work as a server so i understand how it is i wasnt being annoying. I walked and she was taking someone 's order when iy was my turn she said no type of greeting just indicating that she was ready to help me. So i proceeded to tell her my order chicken philly melt i asked her what ingredients came on it she got snappy and said just meat and cheese i sad can i add lettuce to it? She said, still snappy and rolling her eyes yeah you can add lettuce but like i said you have to add it so then i saw you have cheesecake brownie so i awake how much they were Chelsea replied $1.50 so as Alexis was giving my change to me $9 and change i asked if i could switch my cupcake out for 2 brownies but they told me that i couldn 't which i completely understood so i told Alexis as she was handing me my change if i could just buy them an she walks away to pack up an order. Thank GOD for Chelsea !!! Chelsea made Alexis ' slack poor costumer service skills along with unprofessionalism like no big deal. I really hope i dont have to gp through this again cause i really love ypur food.

Nice staff!! Lemon pepper wings were a 7 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest. Great Salad!!!

I really love this place for the wings lunch specials in the flip flop drinks
