Potbelly - Romulus

My sandwich tasted okay despite the missing topping I asked for. My problem was the price menu shows a price and you get charge completely a higher price... My sandwich was priced $12.99 and was charged $15.27..... I understand prices are higher now but should be as posted..

Potbelly's was all right. I would stop in again if my gate was near but I do not think I would seek it out. Sandwich was pretty good and I got it quickly. I ordered the wreck with everything on it. It was a bit of a mess to eat, but I guess that is sort of the idea. Food tasted good and everything seemed fresh. No real complaints, but not my favorite sandwich place.

Quality and value at an airport restaurant? Didn't know it was possible but we really enjoyed our salads. And I should also mention the outstanding service got everything right, well done!

They don?t listen to you. THEY DONT LISTEN when you tell them what you want. They put every topping they had on my sandwich when I asked for only a few. It basically tasted like a mustard only sandwich. EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE while you?re in this airport!

I don 't know if it 's just the time of day that I usually travel or what... But this place is out of something I want literally every time I 'm here. Chicken. Meatballs. Ranch dressing. Whatever. Staff is OK but seem to not actually pay much attention and constantly have to re-ask what people ordered before toasting it.
