Sofia - Rome

Absolutely divine. The flavor combination of my risotto bleeded to me: tuna, citrus and vanilla. Excellent. If I ever make it to Rome, I will come back here again! Pretty atmosphere!

Very boutique modern Italian cuisine. Michelin Star dishes. Fantastic presentation and amazing service. You have an amazing lunch deal, 16 euros at the time of this review. All we had was perfected. Your menu changes very often.

10/10 Gastronomy in Sofia Restaurant. We ate here last night of our holiday in Italy and it was perfection! The staff was amazing, especially Taulant, who was so friendly and helpful, had excellent English and a real passion about the food that was served us. We have the test menu that was incredible value at €50 for 6 amazing courses! Each course was as impressive as the next one. Nicely presented dishes that tasted as good as they looked. The cook is clearly very talented, serves traditional Italian cuisine, but with a small twist. The octopus tagliatelle was my favorite, the meat was so tender and the pasta was flavored with the least spice to give it something extra. Oddly! The tuna steak was also cooked nicely. The desserts were also very unique and impressive. I really couldn't recommend this restaurant enough. Five stars!

Delightful small place very close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Delicious food and very welcoming service. The pig bell was amazing. Also decent wine list with great prices. Very recommended!

A wonderful modern take on classic Italian dishes. The interior has a hint of french country side but also a lot of Italian influenes. We loved all the creative options on the menu especially the fondue and tiramisu. The service isn't quick but I think that's part of the charm. You're supposed to relax and have an amazing 2 hour meal. Between the 2 of us we had 4 courses (two of them were split) plus a bottle of wine and sparkling water for 100 euro. It was a great experience.
