Contribuiți la feedbackI always loved Schroders, but last week was the last time I'm going to visit the restaurant. I ordered one side of Ranch Dressing with my soft pulp. As I eat, I noticed some bubbles in dressing and poured it on my plate... There were MAGGOTS in the Ranch Dressing... The manager and waiter apologized, but you can't really... beware of the Ranch Dressing at Shroders...
I love that place. The best sandwich, but it?s not really about just the food. I?ve been going there since it opened and I feel at home there and know people that I?ve never met. I do miss John but he comes in a lot.
My husband and I had lunch here this weekend and we will be back! I had the Turkish and he had the Italian and we also got the tots and the waffle fries. I'm not sure if they bake their own bread, but it tasted like it. Everything was excellent and the customer service was top notch! Can't wait to try something else!
I placed an order for curbside this evening and was told that it would be ready in 20-25 min. I wait the 25 minutes and call to tell them I am waiting outside. They inform me that my order isn?t even ready and to come back in 15 more minutes. I drive around and come back and they tell me that they are really busy and can?t bring it out to me. I told them my son was asleep and I didn?t want to wake him so I needed them to bring it out like they said they could. They tell me it?ll be a few minutes before someone can come out so I wait 10 more minutes and finally just go in. They weren?t even that busy and my order was still not complete. I was over charged for my food and every bit of it was burnt and my food was made wrong. I live 45 minutes away so I didn?t feel like driving back and I call to talk to the manager, her name is Robin. I explained the situation and she argued with me that I was wrong and when I told her that I wasn?t and my food was all messed up she hung up on me mid-sentence. I call back and she blocked my number. I call from another phone and they answered and I asked to speak to her again and told them that I was very upset with what she did. An employee named lacy told me that the manager was busy and to call back tomorrow (they?re closed Sunday) and I demanded to talk to her. Lacy then hangs up on me and blocks that number also. I am very upset and disappointed in the lack of customer service. I was over charged and my food was all burnt and made wrong. I literally gave it to my dog because it wasn?t what I wanted. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Been enjoying this joint since i was a freshman at Shorter in 1986. Had my first Roast Beef Relief in almost 20 years and it was still just as good as back then. John may have retired but the Schroeder legacy lives on proudly! Great place!
