Sweet Pickles Café - Rome

This is a great local spot with a great selection of soups and sandwiches! The staff were super friendly!

We love the small town, home-grown appeal of Sweet Pickles. A small menu means a focus, to us. Rotating soups (chicken poblano and wild rice are two of our favorites) and people sitting at the counter, a really great egg salad, and generous cracker portions. We love their hot dogs. I know, simple, but really good with Cole slaw on top.

The food here is outstanding, made from locally sourced ingredients and prepared in-house. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly! This was our first visit, but definitely not our last. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Wow! What a delightful surprise this place turned out to be! Tucked away in the historic shopping area of Broad Street in Rome, this charming café has incredible staff and exceptional food! If you’re looking for a nostalgic experience, you absolutely can’t miss this spot! And did I mention the food is fantastic?? Their signature pickles are simply amazing, and honestly, everything—including the crackers—is so good it’ll make you roll your eyes in satisfaction! If you haven't tried it yet, definitely give it a go! You won’t be disappointed!
