Red Lobster Rome

My husband and I were eating here yesterday. Our waitress was very nice and sweet. My husband and I are celebrating our 18th Wedding anniversary a little early. Our actual anniversary is on the 28th of this month. The food was great. Keep the amazing work. This was the first time that my Husband went to the Red Lobster. We both loved everything. All right here it is Rome?we?re doing the big red! My family and I were invited to attend my friend Cheryl?s birthday party. My friend Cheryl was participating in a documentary for the United Kingdom, and they wanted to interview her and her friends at the dinner. I managed to get a few pictures of the meals we where served. The management was very polite and helpful, The server was as thorough as I believe he could be with taking his orders, bringing the food and getting it to all the right people and he was very helpful.Red lobster? was very busy. There was a few things I noticed; Dead fly in the window seal in the sitting area. Also on my way in to the party room I noticed a dirty table, on my way leaving out the restaurant the same table was still dirty. There was a hair in my broccoli plate. I really enjoyed the sunset colada!? in the end for the price of the food it could taste ?better. They have handicap accessibility they do take out service to the outside of the restaurant. You can book private events, there are several kinds of beverages adult and children,the have desserts and they have a variety of side items and you can even put your own combo together! ? hello ? I wanted to add something about red lobster.. 8/2/22 I called to order my fiancé lunch for his birthday, someone, I spoke to was very rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak to the supervisor, and the gentleman immediately made everything better. He was very friendly and courteous and apologized for someone else?s rudeness. I did call in advance to make my order, payment is due when you make over the phone orders at the time you make your order if that?s helpful.

Our waitress Vickie was so nice and offered help with my Mom. The other young Lady (I don't know her name) helped hold the doors for me pushing Mom in her wheelchair. The food was amazing as usual. I highly recommend the Rome, Ga Red Lobster.

Well it has officially gone all the way down hill. They have changed to recipes for alot of things. They changed the menu. The scallops are breaded different and aren't any good. The shrimp skewers were cold, missing shrimp, and falling apart. Our baked potato was cold and would not even melt the butter. The clams were under cooked. Just a total disappointment.

Waitress was friendly and did well. Biscuits were coming out hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean. Overall great experience. Enjoyed the new Date Night Feast!
