Mcdonald's - Rome

The food was good and the service was friendly. They made some mistakes on the order, but they did it right. The toilet room was a little dirty.

Terrible. Ordered by the app and checked after my arrival. 10 minutes later, a guy came out and said it was 5 minutes more because they waited for my apple cake. 10 minutes later, I went to check my food that was just there on the counter. When I finally came to the counter to ask for it, the guy picked up for a girl and she started fixing the drinks. It took 10 minutes for all this because the girl ear pods had in conversation on the phone. So 30 minutes after my arrival I went full with my arms and a drink carrier with three big drinks out of the door. I would understand if they were short-handed, but they weren't. So if you order with the app, don't do it in the West Rome restaurant. You suck.

The Fritten are IT....best run around Hamburger-Gelenk for 60 years. I had the Pounder deluxe quarter... a new article. It was juicy and good.

I love This place every visit has been so Welcoming I'm always being greeted with a smile managers and cashiers. The staff is very well mannered saying please and thank you. The restrooms are always clean, it smells nice, the food is always hot and fresh, and there is practically no wait times. I recommend this place everyone, especially front line workers.
