Pizza Hut - Rolesville

Pizza was Hot n Fresh and ready quickly. Team was friendly and The Big New Yorker is Awesome!!

Pizza was great. Waiting for curbside is hit and miss, they're busy and a bit understaffed so you might have to get up and get your pizza. Not a huge issue, I completely understand in these times.

Ordered big new yorker supposed to have double pepperoni,hardly had any pepperoni,very disappointed

I experienced a mix-up with my order, and they canceled it without any communication. When I tried to reach out to them, I was on hold for over an hour before my daughter decided to go there in person. She confirmed the cancellation and ensured that I wouldn't be charged. They didn't even offer to provide a replacement for the food.

I wish I could give zero stars. I was extremely disappointed with my order. We ordered melts, and they were very disappointing—there were only two small pieces of meat inside, and you had to look hard to find them. I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
