Picky eaters beware!They would not do a substitute that another store would, and were very rude about it.Not everybody likes iced tea and that new menu item does in fact offer substitutions.It's not that they can't, it's that they won't. Lazy managers being lazy. Had to twist their arm to even PAY for another drink. Not only that, they had to be TOLD to give me the drink I wanted substituted out, I paid for it, hand it over??Go somewhere else and be treated better.

Placed an order, and one side of my sandwich ? was burned. Got the Frisco burger.
