Ninja Japanese Steak Sushi House

Had hibachi with 10 friends for my birthday and staff was incredibly accommodating, food was delicious and appealing to the eye, the drinks were tasty& strong, and overall not super expensive. I love when the hibachi man tosses vegetables and squirts in my mouth!! Ive been coming here for years and will continue to do so! Live, laugh, love NINJA JAPAN <3

We were not greeted when we walked in. The woman stayed on the phone and then walked away. Another woman came over and did not speak to us. She sat on the phone. When she was done she seated us. Did not say anything else to us. We waited 20min for someone to come to our table to take our order. When she finally came by to ask our drinks, I asked a simple question about a drink and she responded stating we weren't ready and she would come back because she needed to bring food to another table. My friend liked his steak and chicken meal while I thought the Thai basil chicken was okay. I wouldn't come back based off of the way we were treated. Whatever is in the miso soup was separating and moved around whenever the bowl was touched. I tried to get a clear picture of it.

Terrible customer service, missing items in order, unwilling to correct the wrong order or accommodate a refund. Would not recommend, Ginza and Edo Ichi in Wethersfield is 100% better and worth the extra 2 minute drive!

Amazing food and service. We stopped in impromptu on the way home from a soccer tournament. Everything came out quick, hot and delicious! The staff were very attentive.

Came here for a lunch break while driving from Boston to NJ. I definitely was not expecting much but the sushi exceeded my expectations super quick, good customer service, very generous with the fillings, and it tasted so good
