I arrived at 7:54pm and the worker said they were already closed, yet their door says open until 9pm on Friday nights. Very disappointing.

This place is family friendly. Kai has exceptional customer service skills which made our experience better.

Beyond racist. The store operator allows they're employees to be subjected to racism and harassment. I will be filing a federal complaint against this store and the woman who attacked those children.

We ordered and paid for a cookie cake for a birthday party and were told to pick it up at 11 am Sunday. Show up and it 's closed, sign says 12 on Sunday 's. We call they answer and leave us on hold while they check....explaining pickups start at 12:30 on Sunday. We show up at 12:15....hand written note says open late today. 12:35 they say 5 minutes....12:48 as I 'm walking out to go get a replacement from Kroger....they finally give us the cake...supposedly was delayed due to it being spelled wrong and had to be fixed. Box it 's in claims custom cookie cakes in 15 min . Another customer also had a pre order that they were still waiting as we walked out ...late to the birthday party. No offer of anything to make up for our wasted time.

Disappointing and over priced. They were out of most options. Two kids working. One was friendly but had and I don't care attitude. Every time he got ice cream out to mix he would leave a fourth of it on the slab and then scrape it into the gutter. The other kid was hiding in the back. Not a single trash can in the store. The store was dirty. The owner obviously doesn't care if this store is successful. On the bright side the ice cream they did have was good, but $15 for two smalls compared to other shops. Definitely not going back and would urge others to head to a different store.
