Kyoto Japanese Steak House - Rockwall

We requested a Hibachi table for our dining experience. It wasn't enjoyable. The food was delicious, but the service was rushed. We were still eating when they brought us the bill and a to-go container. We were celebrating a birthday and they brought out a cake, but despite asking them not to, they stored it in the refrigerator for us to take home.

Great atmosphere and cooks are hilarious and great. Highly recommend

The chef cooking our food was amazing. He had some very cool tricks and made the experience very enjoyable. Would definitely go again.

The service at this restaurant is really disappointing. Despite making a reservation, we were made to wait for 20 minutes while watching others being seated. When we inquired, we were told it would be another 15 minutes which ended up being 30 minutes. What is the point of a reservation if they only prioritize walk-ins? The staff promised to take care of us, but we continued to wait. While the food was well-prepared, the cook forgot to offer the dipping sauce. I'll stick to Tokyo Hana for a much better dining experience.
