Domino's Pizza - Rockford

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service during dinner on October 7, 2023. My order was 45 minutes late for the scheduled pickup time, and the red-haired gentleman who was handling phone calls was quite disrespectful to my wife. Ultimately, we decided to cancel our order and will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

The staff was very unprofessional and rude, resulting in a terrible experience. I won’t be returning to this location. This is not how a business should operate. However, I have had great experiences at other Domino’s locations.

The tater tots were extremely disappointing, covered in burnt cheese. I definitely recommend avoiding the tots.

Always a great experience. Never had an issue with quality or delivery times. Thank you for keeping us fed.

Exactly what a Domino's should be: fast and delicious. The staff is kind and helpful.
