Arby's - Rockford

I ordered a Swiss and turkey sandwich but received a turkey wrap instead. While the wrap was still good, I had to wait a long time to get the wrong order. I'll give it another try to see if it was just an honest mistake.

I tried the smoked brisket and honestly, it tasted awful—like dog food. The only redeeming part was the grill sauce. I ended up throwing away more than half of the sandwich because I just couldn't eat it.

The driver was not only incompetent but also rude. I couldn't help but worry about how my food would be handled, which made me uneasy about receiving my order.

Tried the new Wagyu burger today. It was pretty good, I would probably order it again. It doesn't beat 5 Guys on a scale 1-10, I'd give it a 7. Arby's, being in my top five fast food choices I did expect more from the burger but for what it is it's pretty good. Sad to see the negative reviews on here for service and for cold food. Fortunately I have not experienced that as of yet at this location.

Asked to make the beef and cheddar so it looked like the picture on the menu. Cashier was very rude and I got a sandwich that looked like I had run over it with my car.
