I asked for place 11:23 The chief said yes and went away. I sat myself. He didn't give me a menu or asked me if I like a glass of water. I had to ask a kitchen helper if I could have a drink or a menu. It was 7 minutes to open. A customer sitting in your restaurant and walking is terrible and bad service. 12:38 and no one was rolling on the ground. You know you're about 15 minutes ahead of a customer. No menu and no staff on the ground. I walked out of the restaurant, found a kitchen worker on his phone in the outside area. He has the manager. He was rude and rude and had in the works that it was an angry customer. He scrubbed it off and said we were not open. I'm sorry and rolled his eyes. He didn't even try to make it right. Absolutely terrible customer service. I'm a server and I'm at the table within 2 minutes. I'll never return.

We've been there twice because we had such a nice experience for the first time. The food is delicious, the beers too, and the service was very good!
