Cold Stone Creamery - Rockaway

This coldstone is the ONLY one to actually put some effort into making the sundaes look cute! everything tasted amazing as always but this time really made me smile. thanks Coldstone!!!

On Saturday, the 2nd april at 3 o'clock, I had an order of a crazy crowd of apples for my mother since we lived in ny. the girl on the theke was very friendly and polite and after my mother, when she placed the order, the manager was also excellent. but I do not doubt that a bit since his hired was very welcome. there are a few rocky mountain chocolate factories in nj, but that will be the one I'm going from here.

Was here 4-2-22. Ice cream looked great. Unfortunately wasn't able to serve myself and the employees couldn't even great us. The lady in front of us said 45 min for a milk shake.

It was a while ago when I last visited this store. Wow! This time I noticed a huge improvement in the service and quality. I was informed that New Management took over just couple of months ago. What a difference! Best place in town!

Ice cream was good. Seemed to throw them for a loop when I asked for a plain vanilla with no mix-ins for my peanut allergy kid. After a few talks back and forth, they went to the back and used clean serving spoons which is what other locations have done. The other 3 were wonderful and perfect.
