Mcdonald's - Rock Port

Took 15 minutes to make a bacon egg and cheese Mc grill, I paid extra for a round egg and instead they gave me a egg McMuffin with a regular egg. I had no time to go back inside, threw it away. Never returning to this location. I have never had this issue in Kansas City where I live with any of the other locations. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for four years and it’s amazing how they have so many 1 star reviews How do you mess up that much

Ordered online, they made a burger wrong and forgot part of the order.

Hiring manager is super rude the whole staff is rude. Hiring manager offered to pay for our food after interview then when we ordered she acted like she didn’t just say she was gonna pay for it and also didn’t hire us for that and for me saying the service was crappy and I wanted to make a change. Also I’ve gotten food poisoning here three times and whole place is filthy and food is nasty! You’ve been warned do not go here food is nasty and all the staff is horribly rude!

I ordered the big breakfast with pancakes. I ask twice- different people each time for extra butter. Both said they will only give me 4. My god you idiots, 4 pancakes and 1 biscuit and i can only have 4 little butters..I'm the customer, I wanted extra butter because this is want I wanted for my breakfast.. I'm paying for this breakfast and I would have paid extra to have have what I wanted for my breakfast. Would you have done the same thing if the kids asked for extra ketchup for their fries??? To everyone reading the reviews, Don't stop at this mcdonald's, just keep driving an additional 15 minutes to the next mcdonald's or just go to burger King ? ?

Ordered quarter pounder without cheese, small fry. Waited 10 minutes in drive thru for one person ahead of me to get their order. When I got my order the sandwich was luke warm. They made another hot one only it had cheese on it. Instead of having to wait any longer to eat I scraped it of. Then at the 1st bite I tasted way too much salt. It was barely edible. After scraping the meat patty I was able to choke it down.
