Casey's - Rock Port

I arrived at Casey's in Rock Port, MO around 1 p.m. and was disappointed to find that there was nothing in either warmer. When I asked if a fresh pizza would be coming out of the oven soon, the staff member informed me there wouldn’t be any ready, but she could make one for me, which would take about 8 minutes. However, we all know that preparing and baking a pizza usually takes longer than that. This left me feeling quite upset, angry, and disappointed. It was my first time visiting a Casey's, and I was surprised to see the warmers empty, especially at 1 p.m. If it had been 11 p.m., I might have understood, but not during the lunch hour. I want to know how you plan to address this issue. I will be reaching out to corporate and the manager about my experience.

Nice new gas station in the middle of a cute little town! Very clean and well-stocked.

I'm disabled , normally I can pump my own gas.I got a new debit card and it would work at the pump. I'm cripple and have to use a walker and can't walk very far.So I called inside and asked for help. They won't busy. So the person I spoke with told her I need some help.No problem she said someone will be out to help you. 24 mins later still no help. So I left. It's pretty sad when someone is disable and gets treated this way.I will never use your store and I'll tell everyone I know how you treat the disable

I called to ask about prices, but they refused to provide any information over the phone, claiming it's a new policy at Casey's. I would give them zero stars!

I absolutely love the staff at this restaurant! They are incredibly friendly. Of course, I also enjoy the pizza, and their cheesy breadsticks are a must-try!
