Prezzos - Rochford

We had a great time at this restaurant. We went with friends for a catch-up and enjoyed the bottomless brunch. Our server, Lauren E, was very nice! The staff were friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this place! The food was good, the atmosphere was great, and the drinks were enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back.

The service at this restaurant was fantastic, however, the food was not impressive. The starters were bland and served cold when they should have been warm or hot. The mains were also lacking in flavor. Additionally, the table was sticky and the napkin looked like it had been used before. Overall, I would not return to this restaurant.

Prezzo Rayleigh was initially a welcomed addition to Rayleigh, however, the quality of the food has declined in recent years. A year ago, I avoided ordering my favorite Carbonara dish after seeing my friends receive a disappointing bowl of congealed pasta with scrambled egg. Other friends had similar disappointing experiences at the restaurant. On a recent visit, the restaurant was busy, but the food still fell short of expectations. I ordered a pizza, which had minimal toppings, while my friends received lobster ravioli without any bisque and a grey mushroom risotto that looked unappetizing. Despite raising our concerns with the waitress, the kitchen insisted that this was how they served their dishes. We paid over £90 with a discount card, but left feeling unsatisfied. The waitress was not to blame, but the overall experience was disappointing. We will not be returning to Prezzo.

We decided to give this restaurant a try dispite the recent negative reviews … We didn’t book , we walked in and thay had a table for two a booth available . The heating was cranked up , lovely and warm , the waitress Sophie was attentive and took our drink and food orders . She returned swiftly with our drinks , and soon our starters arrived , garlic bread was nice and home made , and the olives also good . The beer was good angelo poretti , never had this before . Then the mains , calzone was lovey , hot , and well cooked . My daughter had the pasta , which was also good . We was happy with the food and service . Thanks again .

Went there last night for my Grandaughters birthday.This restaurant was recommended to us, but wont be going there again. The starters were ok but the toppings were few and far between. The main coarses needed a lot to be desired. I ordered spaghetti,crab and chilli. The crab was nowhere to be found and the pasta was cold. The broth or what ever it was in the bottom of the bowl was just cold pasta water.....Completely NO flavour in this dish.The price of the house wine was criminal. All our meals were over priced and not enjoyable. None of us enjoyed the food, but it was a family night out, great company but spoilt by a sub standard meal.The only positive thing was our waitress was lovely and very attentive. If only the food was on par with the waiting staff. Very very disappointing experience.
