Veranda Bistro - Roanoke

Beautiful terrace seating with beautiful views, dazzling birds and sounds of the brook past. Irene the owner was so pleasant and welcoming and the pizza was delicious!

Strange that I never checked veranda. This is a fantastic restaurant. Don't be fooled by the place. Great Greek Italian cuisine. Some of the best in Roanoke. Not expensive and casual atmosphere. Great service. I can't say enough great things about this place.

Very good, authentic, homemade Italian and Greek food as well as great desserts (homemade or bakery ordered). friendly service and owner on hand and accessible. definitely recommend this restaurant!

Literally my favorite pizza chest in the world. It is slightly sweet, crispy on the outside and moist and tasty on the inside. I couldn't even make this picture of my pizza before I ate a slice. Patio has a view of Tinker Creek and Tinker Mountain, and they are so friendly and hospitable! I don't live in Roanoke anymore, but I stop picking pizza here literally when I'm away in the area.

One of my favorite places to eat! Love the atmosphere and the food is perfect! Service is perfect. I eat there often with my wife and often with out of town friends. The outdoor dining area is beautiful looking over the creek! I only give 5 stars when I have been 100 percent satisfied! Highly recommended to all who want a wonderful dining experience.
