Good place to eat. The cheese steak sub was very good as was the service. Only negative was the pizza as the crust was frozen.

If you're not from Roanoke, Lew's is a nice place to visit as you'll feel like you're one of the locals. It's authentic, the chicken salad wrap was tasty, and it's right underneath the Roanoke Star. A good place.

Never have I once had a bad experience at the SW Lews Restaurant. Great food. Great service. The only thing I could ask for is a bit larger portion of fries. Parking: There are 3 or 4 spots in the Lews parking lot next to the restaurant and a larger parking lot across the street, as well as parking is on the street. There is another business next door with a parking lot we have used and have seen others use.

Very underwhelming restaurant. Horrible floor, walls dirty, beat up walls, very bright pendant lights hanging in your face blinding you. We never got our waters. Stall out back in the parking lot smoking pot. You could even smell pot inside the restaurant. Decorations and atmosphere is lacking in every way.

Love the sandwiches and the atmosphere, fun place awesome staff ! I've ate everything on the menu never disappointed
