Tim Hortons - Riyadh

I took a sandwich and a savoury pastry.But the Indian guy who was on the cash he was pretty rude.I asked him a ketchup and he denied too.What kind of fun is this.Atleast if someone doesn’t have a thing they should show some respect the customer and say no in a manner.But the punjabi guy needs to learn some manners

I eat a classic chicken wrap and the taste of the wrap was very ugly.

Had to be one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.The three dream cookies ? were like rocks and when I went back and asked for a refund they said that all of the cookies were like that and because I walked away from the counter it was my own fault.Coffee was horrible and Luke warm You could tell it had been there for a while.Would not go back, very poor experience, quality and service.

They don't care inside customers. Always give priority to the drive thru. Not sure they pay by a different currency or offer big tips?Very bad customer service for inside customers.
