Ersao - Riyadh

Me and my girlfriend are regular customers of ersao banawe and erod, so this is our first time we tried this branch. We ordered via grab food, since it late, and this is the only branch of ersao that is 24hrs open. We ordered pork chao fan, spicy chicken, gyoza and passion fruit green tea. We usually order for those stuffs. First the pork chao fan taste not the usual chao we tried at banawe and erod branch, its really tasteless! Second, upon eating the spicy chicken apparently I there's still bone in it. Not a major concern since its normal but its the first time that I encountered it. Third, gyoza is dry and it's taste is different from the usual gyoza we ordered. Last, passion fruit green tea, we ordered medium size, but it's not filled up to the lid, maybe a 3oz is not consumed. To the point that it's almost got no ice in it. Very disappointed by this branch. We paid for almost 600 just to get a worthless product. Definitely not going to order nor dine in this branch.

Almost all we ordered were out of stock! Knowing that it’s just lunch time and they don’t have stock is one down side. Taste wise, these food we tried are “okay”. Definitely not a good post workout meal as there’s a gym across this branch.

A good place to have quick bites to fill you hungry stomach! Their pork chao fan is very flavorful and also serving size is quite big. Fried pork chop and chicken are also good choices to satiate the palate.

Never a visit without seeing cockroaches under the table! Last time i saw three. Tonight just before sitting a roach welcomed me. FOOD okay, but not all on the menu are okay. Beware of the radish cake stuff. I had to ask two separate waiters just for water (they have self service water at the far corner which is kinda sketchy. It is at the darker part beside the staff's locker and other things. Many roaches in the resto in the tables area, what more in this corner) water did not arrive even asking two people for it (neither of them advised me that water was self service. Previously, they serve it).

I am working at Convergys San Lazaro, and this resto is just located at outside our lobby. This is open for 24 hours, which is a great thing. I have tried their soups and rice meals and I can say that their Ho Ma (I cannot remember the exact name of the dish) is my absolute favorite. Ambiance is 2.5/5, as the place is a bit small. There are no parking issues at this area, so if you have a car you will not have any issues. One thing that is a major drawback for me is the smell of the inside of the resto. You kinda smell like the resto when you go out after you ate (so if they fried something, you literally smell like used cooking oil or something). This has been the same issue even after they have renovated the entire area. You will really stink like what you ate after you go out. Not a good thing for me.
