Chef Ale is new to the scene, but I was impressed with their unassuming, yet stylish look and ambiance that makes it more than just a Taiwanese convenience store. It sells packaged Taiwanese food and snacks, but you can also order hot and delicious food for having heres. On my first visit, I tried their Xiao Long Bao. It tastes good, but I have to tell them that it usually goes with some dipping sauce, which they served thereafter. I'm sure this will soon become popular over time. So if you somehow miss Taiwan (just like me who was supposed to go there this year for a vacation), Chef Ale is here to remind your tastebuds of some things that you miss in that country.
