Dunkin' - Riverview

I drove through the driveway and Destiny was incredibly nice! She was very sweet and her excellent quality service really brightened my day. The service was also very quick. I received great service throughout the whole experience.

I have never had many negative experiences with this restaurant. The place was clean and my coffee was hot. The young woman working behind the counter was friendly.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. The staff, especially the manager, were unfriendly and inhospitable. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a latte, but both were made incorrectly. Even after bringing it to their attention, the manager continued to give me attitude. Despite working in food service myself, I remained understanding and friendly, even leaving a tip. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars that I noticed a change of managements. this jamie person should not lead anyone. while others work in a hurry, she's on her phone. a friend of mine said he saw her go out twice in an hour, provided a smoke break. I can see this place losing good employees. even if I receive amazing performance in the morning, I may not come back as long as it is.

I know Dunkin’ is pretty busy in the morning but if you don’t have the walk in part open, they should cancel Mobil (online)ordering. I don’t want watered down iced coffee and cold food because the drive thru line is 30 cars long and you can’t walk in to get your food. By the time I get to the window everything is cold and watered down.
