Ok place nice polite service. food choice was limited. would love some salads.

Very disappointed with full experience. I can see that many others had the same experience here and they reviews were answered that these problems are addressed, but obviously not yet.1 a hot meal came 20 minutes after the first hot meal. so the first meal was cold until then. it is polite to wait. Therefore, all meal times should come out simultaneously.2 asked after double shot iced coffee and it was still very milky when it comes out. it was brought out without a stray or spoon. I asked the young guy who took the order / made the coffee / it out to put another shot into it, and he argued with me that he did (loud loud,) as others saw. he also irritates the glass back.3 and after posing iron well made to ask means that I don't want them runny what they were. all come to the person who takes the commands and apparently does everything. Also,please don't wear them tassen with their fingers around the rim. please present them on a saucer and use them the handle. said the manager on the way out and everything he said was “Thanks for their feedback”. another nice franchise goes down the drain.

Meal served after half an hour ice cold. Returned it and served warm meal in 4 minutes.
