Just went to that S&B steakhouse, Jurupa and Limonite, and the only thing we ate was our meat, I had a $16 steak dinner with mash potatoes and salad, mom had $17 ribs, fries and salad, the fries and mashed potatoes were cold, salads were wilted and warm, iced teas barely had any ice, and the mushroom appetizer was cold too. We paid good money just for an 8oz steak and 1/2 rack 6 bones) of pork ribs and 2 iced teas. I did complain, but she just looked at me like a deer in head lights, mom didn't want to make a scene so we paid and left. We won't be going back for a long time. We understand about not enough help, but the young man who took our order, gave us our iced teas and never came back to our table, we had to stop another employee to ask why we didn't get our appetizer or salads, so he went in the kitchen and brought ALL of our food to us at once, and EVERYTHING was cold. So my question is, even if your under staffed, why would you serve cold food? you can tell the food was left under the lights too long. I've been in food service all my life, I would have been reprimanded or fired if I had served that. I really hope they make it through these rough times, as Jurupa Valley needs a good steak house.
Our server dylon was amazing he predicted a drink refill before we needed it and was very friendly and was quick with our order. 5 stars all around.
We got everything we ordered 15 minutes before the meat showed up. Very bad food timing. No liquor license. only beer and wine.
The food never came and the service is challenged .
