Starbucks Coffee - Riverside

This Starbucks is conveniently located off the 60 Freeway at the Blaine exit, on the corner of Blaine Street and Iowa Avenue, right next to Subway. It features a drive-thru and ample parking. Today, I tried an iced Caramel Macchiato, which was delicious and quite satisfying. The lobby and restrooms were clean as well. However, I felt that the customer service could be improved. The only downside was that this location doesn’t allow app-based advanced ordering, even though it wasn’t busy when I arrived.

The drive-thru is quite busy, with the line often extending outside the restaurant. It appears that most of the customers are students from the nearby school and their parents. Inside, the space is quite spacious, but there is still a lot of activity, although most customers opt for takeout.

It was my first time trying a caramel macchiato, and I wish I had added two more pumps of caramel to make it a bit sweeter. Overall, it was good and served hot. My friend bought it for me, so I'm not sure how much it cost.

My first time at this location and customer service as always excellent .. the store is not the nicest Starbucks that I have visited but the customer service and the coffee make it! Ps.. awesome kale eggs bites excelent for a Friday breakfast during this season!
