Mokkoji Shabu Shabu - Riverside

It was the highlight of my time at UC Riverside, my family and a few friends gathered to celebrate before my graduation party. The food was delicious, flavorful, and not greasy. We tried a variety of dishes and the waitress was friendly, even chatting with my parents and friends. The restaurant was clean and organized. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back in the future.

I'm thrilled that we have a Shabu-Hot Pot place here in the riverside area. The food was delicious and they offer a variety of portion sizes to choose from. The menu is contactless and they use induction hobs to heat the food, which helps keep the temperature inside the restaurant cooler than other places. I ordered the Shiitake mushrooms and tofu set for lunch, which came with 10 pieces, and it was more than enough for me to eat. Overall, I had a great dining experience.

I ordered miso soup and my friend ordered spicy miso ramen. However, what really stood out was the ginger sauce that came with the brisket we shared. The soup tasted even better after dipping the brisket in it.

I had such a great Shabu experience in mokkōji. our server joseph was very friendly, friendly and efficient. he gave us some solid recommendations for eating and drinks that were all so delicious. I have the spicy sukiyaki suppen base with the flat iron cut and the meat was so tender. joseph has often checked us and was such an experienced server. I would recommend 100% friends and family.

My first time having shabu shabu/ hot pot and this place was amazing. Came right before the rush so got a good seat. Not only was the service good with a packed house by the time we left, the food was amazing. Got their dinner special just to try a bit of everything. Am glad for this place to be my first experience and for it to be so close to me!
