John's Incredible Pizza - Riverside

Needs new management Never Should the food and dishes look so terrible, the ranch had stuff floating in it my kids had a great time but most of the games didn't work properly and they had 2 or 3 different choices on pizza , the ice cream machine was down , no other desserts were out! I've been going to Johns since I was a kid and this is the worst location I've been to all over California. OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD BE Embarrassed I almost feel like this place would have a B or C in the window and Not a A!! Army Veteran Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly plenty of space and camera , definitely made for kids if you've never been, similar to Chuckie cheese just bigger , perfect for a party or big group but I'd consider another location until they fix this place!!!Parking: The parking lot is big and right near the entrance and exits

We decided to go on a sunday night and we got there at 8:00pm we had 9 people with us and spent over $400.00 to feed everyone and play. We get in there and there is barely any food available. The pizza looked old like they made it over an hour ago. We asked for a pizza to be made and they said no sorry we are closing soon. What pizza is out is all we have now until closing. I understand food cost because I used to work at a pizza hut but come on it wasn't like there was only 2 of us in the whole building there were several large families including a child's birthday party. The 1 pizza wasn't going to go to waste. There was pasta available but absolutely no sauce available for them. The salad bar was very little choices available pretty much salad and dressing. So we ate very little food and were very displeased. We went over to the game side and played for about 10 minutes due to more than half of the games were shut down or out of service. The rides were open of you could find an employee to run them but you would wait 25 to 30 minutes for them to come because they are all busy cleaning up for closing so then we went back over to our table which was now about 9:15 and all the food was gone and the drink machines were even shut off. Now my problem is that according to the manager the food side closes at 9:30 but the gaming side closes at 10:30pm. No where did I see this posted, and when purchasing the buffet and no one ever said anything about that the whole time we were there. When we asked the manager if we could go outside (me and my husband) to the car so I could get a bottle of water she said no the doors are locked at 9:30 and no one else is allowed in. I said we already paid and we just need to run to the car real quick and she said sorry no exceptions. She was extremely rude which was completely unnecessary. Again where is this posted. I am completely disgusted with the food and the service we recieved there. We went last month for my daughters graduation and had over 20 people and the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. That experience was why we decided to go tonight but for over $400.00 I will go elsewhere. You can go to Castle park for about the same price if not cheaper and have a much better experience. I don't feel we will ever go back!!! So sad we used to love this place.

It's a great place for all ages. My family and I enjoyed everything they had to offer. Great food awesome employees, and amazing games and rides.

Definitely not worth the price. A lot of the stuff was out of order. It wasn't the cleanest. There wasn't much food out, considering it's a buffet.....

Over all it was ok was there for 5 hrs kids had a blast chicken had no flavor thousand island was water down i give it 4
