Jack In The Box - Riverside

The servers at this restaurant seem to avoid serving customers by hiding behind a wall. Even the drive-thru was empty with no one in sight. They appeared to be talking amongst themselves while staying out of view behind the wall.

The restaurant was extremely cold inside, with all employees wearing heavy clothing. The service was lacking, as they seemed more focused on the drive-thru than the dining room. Additionally, the dining area was dirty, with sticky floors and surfaces.

So i guess they aren't open 24/7 i went at 1:28 am after ordering on the APP(which also says it's open) and some old lady kept telling us rudely thru the window that she was closed?? i hold up my phone showing i have a mobile order and she walks away and goes to the back of the store for 10 minutes and decides not to come back so i ended up leaving.

My food was really fresh compared to other jack in the boxes in the area. Service could be a little faster, I don’t think it’s their fault. I did notice on this visit, there could have been a order mix up. Therefore the delay.

All of my tacos were undercooked!!!!!My order was incomplete!!!!!!It looked like the cashier was there by herself doing multiple jobs at the same time therefore she was super stressed give me a nasty attitudeI needed a couple of extra Buffalo sauce I was charged extra even thought I had just spent 40 dls ??next time I’ll just stay home and cook
